What is Neena Studio’s Return Policy?
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please report missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival items within 5 business days of arrival. And we would be happy to replace/exchange it.
We have a 14-day return policy*.
Contact us BEFORE returning an order.
To arrange for a return, please email neena@neenastudio.com no later than within 14-days after receipt of the product.
We will only accept returns of unopened products and kits within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We value your business and will do our best to work with you.
Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and shipping costs from the original order unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Once we have authorized a return, it is your responsibility to package the item well so that it is not damaged, and return the item using a tracked shipping service. A tracking number must be provided to us no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted. Neena Studio will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
*This policy applies to items that do not have a specific return policy listed on their product page.
How Are Refunds Issued?
If a product is returned to us for being faulty, Neena Studio will review the condition of the product upon arrival. If faulty, Neena Studio will cover reasonable postage costs and replace or refund the item at our discretion.
If the product is returned for another reason (no longer needed, incorrect address, etc), then postage charges will not be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
